We know a roadshow may generates many business opportunities and we are specialized in servicing them. We provide all our business customers a punctual, discreet and professional roadshow solution.

AIRPORT PICK-UP

We will be waiting for you at the airport arrival hall, holding a nameboard always in the same easy-to-spot location. It is part of our policy to monitor flight arrivals to be aware of any possible delays, so our clients do not need to notify us. If your flight arrives ahead of schedule we will be there earlier too.

ROAD TRIPS

Arrive to the Spanish city that you want without scales or complicated combinations. The best way not to be forced to stay at the destination and not to worry about departure times.

Where will I meet my chauffeur at the airport?

Our chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals hall, inside the terminal, holding a personalized name sign.
If you can't find us, please do not go outside or leave the terminal. Check your confirmation: we will have given you the chauffeur mobile number.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

No need to worry.
We check your flight status and your driver will wait for you at the new arrival time without any additional charges.

How long before my flight should I arrive at the airport?

Check always this with your airline but we recommend you arrive at the airport at least two hours before your flight departs.

Do fares include tolls and parking?

Tolls and parking are not included but are kept to a minimum.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that your own schedule may be subject to change.
Reservations are fully refundable up until 4 hours prior to the local time of service.
'No-show' bookings will be charged the full cost of the transfer.

How do I make a reservation?

Bookings can be made by email (cibeles@gdmadrid.com) or telephone ( +34 91 126 20 97 - +34 677 57 56 34).

What are the office hours?

You can make your inquiries and reservations from 7:00 to 22:00h.
Out of office hours, only matters relating to ongoing services are dealt with.

Is smoking allowed?

No, smoking is not allowed.

Will my chauffeur respect my privacy and confidentiality?

Absolutely.
Chauffeurs keep strict rules of discretion and confidentiality ensuring that what is said in the car, stays in the car.

Can I charge my phone in the vehicle?

Of course, car-chargers for android and iPhone are available in car.

Are car seats provided for children?

Free child and booster seats are available. Please request this when booking your vehicle.

Can I carry pets in the car?

You can carry pets only if they are properly placed in travel.
